I'm just sitting outside brother's accessories shop, almost more than 1 hour here the 7eleven is closed. It's that normally you all will close the shop this time? I see lot of customers come and go but the shop is closed.

Tapi staff kamu jawab dengan cara gampang. Macam tu kamu ajar staff serve customer? Saya dah pesan sama staff tu, saya datang bukan minta duit sama kamu, saya datang sebagai customer. Tolong ya.
The cashier liked forced to entertain customer the way she answered,like she is fed up with customer. It was one simple single matter. Not 7e level of customer service Please take note
Would never imagine this is something I'd say about a 7-Eleven, but the young man manning the cashier is especially courteous, it leaves an impression on me. Not a 7Cafe outlet though, just a regular one.
