Conveniently located in the mall but is tiny and too compact. There is barely any room to maneuver. Selections are more limited. Staff was eating meal at the counter while checking people out. Very odd store.
told the staff will pay separately but he still scan together. already told him few times but he act didn't hear it! and still say he scan and ask me to pay together! the way he talk very rude!!!

Dear 7-11 Management team, I always come to this branch for foodies whenever I travelled fo jB for work and always w delightful experience until today. I was yelled by your staff from my back when I was entering the door. kindly refer to the photo I attached w his face circles. I was too tired w both hands occupied, I was using the leg to push the door open as the handle was too dirty. I was not kicking the door .
