Incompetent staff, no training provided for them ka? I said i got member then he said nda dapat, kalau sda scan nda dpt? Other place like alamesra, kk, menggatal ok pula? Kalau mmg pun lepas scan nda dapat claim member points. At least tanya la ada member ka tidak, ini diam2 terus scan. macam ndada training oh the cashier.
