A mini all your essentials stop in central Penang. Staffs were always friendly even during peak hours coupled with lots of demanding customers. I generally find getting groceries and simple self-care items here pretty easy. Though, stocks do get exhausted due to the high customer traffic in this particular store. Even with all those high foot traffic, it's located in a pretty chill residential area.
Very rude to customer, customer service is how you treat people in whatever conditions you are THATS CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, if the service is bad this will ensure less customer to be coming there, please learn on how to treat customer or GO CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS this will improve you
