Absolutely terrible experience at 7-Eleven Genting Premium Outlet. The staff (indian & short guy) was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. He kept talking angrily, made us wait when we were about to pay, and treated us with zero respect. When the store was closing, we were rudely chased away. ไม่แนะนำให้เข้าร้านนี้เลยซื้อมา14.40ริงกิตจ่าย50ริงกิตแต่ทอนมาไม่ครบ ได้มา25.60ริงกิตยังขาดอีก10ริงกิต แต่ไปถามพนักงานว่าคุณจ่ายไม่ครบแต่พนักงานก็ยืนยันว่าจ่ายครบแล้วเราขอดูกล้องบอกดูไม่ได้

Cashier staff not polite when asking on vape flavour when i ask for relx lime ice he argue it said lemon not lime..its already state on the box lime ice and today my 2nd experience i ask for sea salt lemon and infront of other cust he want to teach me how to pronounce salt supposedly i already said at no 32 got the sea salt lemon flavour but he still want to argue on the pronunciation…please do something with all the staff…at other location 7e our local staff still polite rather than foreigner working at here

Had a disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven store. A staff member named Gopi Kumar was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting customers, he was throwing unnecessary tantrums and speaking in a disrespectful tone. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. The management really needs to address this issue and ensure that staff are trained to treat customers with basic courtesy. Won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.
