Manager branch dah boleh ambil tindakan rasanya sebab selalu your staff indian lady buat muka once bayar, VERY NOT FRIENDLY! lepas tu nak marah sebab kita as customer tak ada duit kecil (i mean sen). Ajar staff to be polite with customer then settle. Ada cara yang lebih baik untuk advice customer dan cakap lebih baik.
