Around 1pm I went to buy some food including pau ayam - I heard and saw the worker dropped the tongs, however he just picked it up from the floor and decided to pick my pau anyway without changing or wash the tongs. Please strengthen your sop in handling foods.
I wanted to give this 5 star because its the best 7 eleven i visited in malaysia. Many varieties of food and the staff are friendly.
Waited for almost 15 minutes but door still remained locked, no staff???
5 Dec 2023, around 5 PM-ish. Went there to buy buns but got some issue with my credit card and TnG app so decided to just cancel my purchase. However, the cashier on duty, a young lady; I'm terribly sorry I didn't catch your name. She kindly paid for me - without any catch just saying doakan dia murah rezeki. I hope this review would reach to anyone's responsible within the company to compensate her kindness. She's a gem to the company and to the people around her.
Kedai buka lambat. Kalau buka seawal 7 pagi lagi elok. Sebab ramai orang kawasan ni nak masuk kerja, mesti singgah beli makanan dulu... cuba buat satu2 nya kedai serbaneka yang buka di awal pagi. Murah rezeki 😌. Cadangan sahaja
