11/8 The Malay girl who worked at 10.00 a.m. is super rude. Not only once, she put that kind of Lanci attitude for our guests. The guest bought the wrong thing and asked can change it or not . The staff Directly kick the stairs. Talk about susah. Please train the staff on 7-11. bad experience bad service bad staff all is bad
