[PLEASE READ: This is a complaint for the 7-Eleven OUTSIDE 1st Avenue - 89 & 91, Jalan Magazine] I am sharing my experience regarding the staff at the Magazine Road branch (see photo). On Jan 1st, 12:03 AM, I was ignored for over a minute while the staff counted cash. When I asked, I was told they were closed—which is misleading for a 24-hour store. The staff's aggressive staring made me feel unsafe/threatened. I have lodged a formal complaint with 7-Eleven HQ and suggest management check the CCTV to verify my claims.

staff salah letak tag harga then marah customer cakap lain kali tngok betul2 tag harga tu dulu, ????? sepatutnya staff yg kena double check dulu tag harga tu kenapa salahkan customer pulak ni ?
Salah ambil barang, cashier scan already then i cakap nk tukar since belum bayar which should be fine. Then he said cannot nnt boss marah 😑 I have to proceed the payment. Nonsense.
inconvenient "convenient store" ever, no provide touch n go and QR service, quite few times i bring the item to the counter when on to pay,and the staff said they dont offer touch n go or any cashless service, i have to put the item back and went to groceries store to buy the item,i dont know is that particular store problem or all the 7E store is like that, if yes, i will prefer family mart more,coz they got variety item and also got provide cashless service.
