Get your display right, don’t confuse your customers. And then the migrant staff started to get loud & defensive. We local buy from 7-11 ages ago when there wasn’t competition from other convenience stores. While newer ones improve, 7-11 fails with bad staff training & ineptitude.
I mean is convenient...but..fuuh. sweaty humans smells are all over.
This 7-Eleven outlet in central George Town has given us an extremely unpleasant customer experience. We visited the store for three days in a row for our children’s favourite Slurpee. Throughout these days, one particular male staff constantly showed impatient and disdainful facial expressions toward us. We chose to ignore it as there were no explicit rude words. Mind blowing 24 hours shopping Mart which you can find across Asian countries
Some staffs can be rude. Saying thank you or handing items to the customers hand is not done. My experience was, the ice cream spoon for my daughter just being chucked towards us.
