Always mesin rosak to topup
Kurang ajar gila cashier perempuan rambut pendek tu, dah la buat org tertunggu2 dgn line makin panjang. Dia dengan selekehnya lepastu muka kerek. Dah la slow, scan brg pon slow. Dengan nada malas, kalau tak nak kerja berhenti. Jangan bagi perangai mcm tu, customer service need to be on point every time.
Ordered an iced latte and waited, thinking they were still preparing it turns out it was already done, but they only gave me cold milk. I had to walk back and ask for the espresso myself. And sadly, the coffee didn’t even taste like it usually does.
Staff kaunter tak mesra pelanggan. Kalau tak boleh nak layan customer elok-elok, suruh jaga zoo la woi.
Whenever i went here for topup, the staff will said "sorry, line problem", "sorry, machine problem". Bro, one time okay la i don't mind. But this already 3 4 5 times ady (different week) also problem haven't solve ah? I went to other 7E outlet no problem only here always got problem. Smh 🤦🏻
