Dear 7-Eleven Malaysia, I would like to make a complaint regarding one of your outlets. Is it true that from 12:00 a.m. until 12:50 a.m. the payment system is always offline? This is the only outlet I have experienced with this issue. It happens repeatedly, and it is very frustrating. I have visited other 7-Eleven outlets during the same time period, and their staff always make an effort to process customers' payments instead of simply turning them away.
