Just went in and understood why the reviews so low. I went in with my son and took a onigiri set with latte at RM6.90 and double confirm with the cashier on the price paid the amount to a very large Malay gentlemen and he proceeded to process my order. When he was done, he proceeded to hand over a ice latte and I ask him politely why is it ice latte and not hot latte and he started very defensively and aggressively say that I didn't state that I wanted hot. Very very very bad service ....I won't come this 7-11 again....I saw that day the counter shout to. Customers that don't know how the speak English.......
Very rude and uneducated staff. Kept the customer to wait him to finish his cigarette. Very bad customer service👎
