Just went in and understood why the reviews so low. I went in with my son and took a onigiri set with latte at RM6.90 and double confirm with the cashier on the price paid the amount to a very large Malay gentlemen and he proceeded to process my order. When he was done, he proceeded to hand over a ice latte and I ask him politely why is it ice latte and not hot latte and he started very defensively and aggressively say that I didn't state that I wanted hot.
