Avoid this place. The cashiers at the 7-11 store next to the Holiday Inn TST thinks they're a CEO but they don’t even have a basic customer service skill, don’t even fit to work as cashier. Don’t look down on customers, we're the ones paying your wages. You are only a cashier. You’re a cashier today and, with that attitude, you’ll be one forever. Disgusting behavior.

If I'm staying at holiday inn, this is a convenient place for coffee as Starbucks opens quite late. Coffee is nice and bitter just the way I like it. They also have food. I've noticed this is a popular place for breakfast especially for my fellow Pinoys who usually stay at holiday inn and other hotels nearby.
Staff here is very rude. Specially for that old man. Except for the girl who worked in afternoon last Jun18 2025. Shes very accomodating but the rest? Very rude, they dont assist tourist, they shout, they look to you like youre stupid. Maybe it because of his age or culture or hes just sad because no one loves him. So rude.
