I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an issue I have encountered on multiple occasions. As my office is located nearby, I visit your outlet frequently, and unfortunately this has become a recurring experience, particularly on Sundays. When customers order food items from the counter that require heating, the oven does not appear to be preheated, resulting in waiting times of approximately 15 minutes. My office is nearby, and I noticed that the door sound is very loud. Is it possible to adjust the volume or slow it down so that it can only be heard inside the store and not throughout the whole building? Currently, the sound can be heard everywhere and it’s quite disturbing.
