This is possibly the worst 7-11 in Naples. And they’re all bad. 9 out of 10 times either there aren’t cups/lids/straws, the drink machine is broken, the restrooms are filthy or out of order, the line is absurdly long for no reason or something is malfunctioning at the pump. Coupled with most employees barely speaking any English: it’s unfortunate given the location and high traffic.
This store is known for bad employees....but today I made the mistake of stopping there for a drink....got a cup full of ice from the fountain machine.....the ice cubes HAD SOAP INSIDE OF THEM! IF I HAD BAD TASTE BUDS YOU GUYS COULDVE KILLED ME! This is freaking ridiculous! Why are we using dish soap to clean the ice machine.....because your too cheap to buy the actual food grade sanitizer???? And dont worry I went back and got a new cup of ice that I didnt pour a drink into for evidence. Its in my freezer now!....sooo your ... read more
fix the machines because if you try to talk to the ATMs you are wasting your time and if I want to pay with my card outside and not inside it is my decision not an option to guide them better.
