Everything empty and employees won't restock and couldn't care less. Horrible place with rude employees. Lazy and rude. Go anywhere else but here.
I’ve never had a bad experience at this 7-Eleven until tonight. I wanted to use my points for a free small drink. The cashier rang up a large drink, scanned my app, and told me it would $0.95. I tried to tell the cashier that I had a free small drink, she then wants to tell me that someone else had this issue and “doesn’t know why” it’s doing that. Terrible customer services here it is a lady working here in the night shift so rud to me i ask why was dark couse the lights was off and she answer any problem ? with nasty actitud this is crazy what can a cistomer services is that i dont know why they have this can a people working here
I typically don’t leave reviews, however, when there is a sign that says 2 for $4.00 and a customer brings that to your attention, generally you honor that price and make the changes. That was not the case, the cashier said she will let someone know that it’s in the system wrong and still charged me full price. That’s very bad customer service.
