They close the store whenever it's convenient for them. Not 24hrs. Sometimes they will close it from 1am to 4am just so they don't have to serve any customers. Very rude foreigners. They need better employees.
I was surprised with the money order fee of $3.99 each with a max amount of $500 and they only accept cash. Recommend going somewhere else to purchase money orders. Other places charge $1 each money. The cashier was genuinely apologetic about it , only reason I gave 3 stars
$1 big gulp signs everywhere yet $1 big gulps aren’t available. They don’t have the right cups, he says. Good customer service would be charging a dollar and giving a larger cup and apologizing. But no, they insist on charging $1.89 no apology. Just squeeze every penny they can out of you.
The cashiers were very RUDE, unfriendly, and lack customer service skills. I will never visit that 7 eleven again if I'm in Sacramento. I do not recommend.
Was at a 4 days event at the convention center across from this 7-11 last week and I dropped in on Thursday for some wings and fries, the fries were hard as a rock. Then on Friday I stopped in for coffee, the coffee was lukewarm so I used the microwave to warm it up and it spilled so I ask the young man for towels to clean it up and his attitude for kind of rude. I live in San Diego and have never had any complaints before about 7-11.
