What exactly are your actual business hours? If you are not operating 24/7, please update your hours on all platforms immediately to stop misleading customers! Last time I came by at 2:00 AM, you were still open. Yet today, when I made a special trip and arrived at 1:30 AM, you were already closed. Are you making fools out of your customers by changing your closing times so arbitrarily without any clear notice? Bad customer service. They rang me up wrong lotto tickets and then act like my fault.
This is a good 7-11 except for the fact that the new night shift person arbitrarily closes the store from between 1am and 3am. I was trying to get some milk for the morning and the new guy turned me away at like 2am and then 2:20am. Another time I was getting some wine before the 2am cutoff and and he closed it then too. The new guy just changed the hours on his own. If you're not going to be 24 hours then change your hours in the apps.
