There was this woman who refused to replace a dirty cup because it was used. She accused us of “scamming her” and started yelling at us throughout the whole store. She tried to force us to pay for a used cup. We will never come back. We have had other employees at this store who were awesome people with awesome customer service. This was our first time having an interaction like this. This definitely seemed personal and seemed like she was having a bad day but this is never the way to handle it.
