Personal no adecuado para atención al cliente
7/11 day took kids to get a free slurpees but the machine was apparently out of service. I not no idiot, the business clearly doesn't want to give out any free slurpees on 7/11 day. They didn't even have the free 7/11 day small cups or stand setup to cater to 7/11 day. If you cant cater to your community, why should people support the business? We had to go down to 7/11 on Towne and they had setup station for the free cups for the slurpees. That's why we know this 7/11 doesn't care to cater to their community.
I never write reviews and it takes a lot to annoy me but this place has literal rats running around when you walk in. The coffee is always empty or cold and the food that is suppose to be warm is always ice cold. How this place even survives i'll never know. DO NOT GO HERE.
