I came in today for my “free” once-a-month promo through my T-Mobile app for a large Slushy. They were all out of the large (and small) cup size(s), probably because they were offering a $1 sale price for large-size slushies during the 3-6 pm early afternoon hours. This location attempted to charge me $1.99 for a refill cup of ice, yes, I brought my own cup. Then this location attempted to charge me $2.99 for a small bag of chips, a bag that was clearly labeled as on sale for $1.25. The cashier attempted to justify the overcharging attempts on ice not being free, and I did not want to give anyone my phone number. Most other 7-Eleven locations charge me $1.00 for a refill of ice, and honor sales prices regardless of a phone number. Clearly visiting this location was a mistake on my part... read more
