Staff that do not know how to communicate to customers and with other workers. We were helped very well by one lady but the other seemed in her own world and when talked to there seemed be present lack of understanding/comprehension. Thus her lack of communication ended up in her handing out our fresh food out to another customer. And when this customer discovered the mistake she brought them in. This place can get pretty busy. I bought a soda and there was a short line. Went to my car and forgot my Lotto tickets, went back inside and there was a long line. They have a small parking lot, when leaving you must go North on Geer Rd when leaving parking lot. If you want to go South park in the parking lot next to McDonald's then you have access to Geer Rd going South. That is a few minute timesaver.
