I am a regular customer at your store. I came yesterday, and there was a new guy working who was very rude to me. He did not show good customer service, and I felt uncomfortable. Before, there were two girls working here who were always very kind, polite, and helpful. Every time I bought hot dogs or taquitos, they treated customers with respect and a nice attitude. Now the service is not the same. If this continues, I do not feel comfortable coming back. Please improve the customer service.
I visited this store early Saturday 2/21 around 8:32am. I brought my 1 gallon cup to get a refill of soda. I saw the promotional get 2 grill items for $3.50, clearly displayed. I got two hot dogs and added chili and cheese on top of it. The cashier, male, charged me a new cup and a refill due to the size of my cup (unprecedented since other 7-Elevens have not done that to me)0; he also did not honor the 2 grill items stating that I was charged extra for the chili and cheese on my hotdog. The manager or owner, Indian old guy with bald hair with red Tshirt, is very rude. I'm asking for new sausage for my hotdog and he told the cashier to warm up stale sausage to serve. The sausages all dry and wrinkle at that time, this not supposed to sale, how is 7 eleven standard selling for fresh hotdog? It's really disappointing!
