I can tell when I walk in this store be on the shadow of a doubt it is a franchisee location. 7-Eleven has an issue with image and it is 100% because they have no brand standard they hold their franchisees too. I was at this store on Tuesday 07/8/2025 .The manger and stuff here are very dishonest people that refuse to let me use my Is seven eleven point. The old lady that was the Cashier scan the wrong barcode and the manger took her side.I was over charged .I have contacted the corporate office. I don't recommend and to shop here. This store is nasty and the employees don't respect the American citizen.

I came in wanting Carmel cookies and the lady told me no they didn’t have them in the mornings and I said y’all are open 24/7 she said I could stop by another 711 like wow where is the customer service for your store lady I won’t be stopping by here anymore should’ve went to qt out my way anyways
