I came in wanting Carmel cookies and the lady told me no they didn’t have them in the mornings and I said y’all are open 24/7 she said I could stop by another 711 like wow where is the customer service for your store lady I won’t be stopping by here anymore should’ve went to qt out my way anyways
Non existent customer service went there at 8:30 after work nothing on the rollers or in the hot area for food. Workers seem too lazy to try.

Quality has kind of gone down hill over the past year. There's a creepy guy that works over nights and always have to hear him be inappropriate with customers. He'll ask for numbers, tell them they're beautiful etc. They're clearly uncomfortable. He's even done it to my wife until he realized she was. He's always been very nice to me but can be very rude and ask me inappropriate things as well.
Stopped in on 7-11-24 for a free slurpee. Had to use the bathroom, and I was very disappointed with how disgusting the men's bathroom was. See the attached photos.
