I typically don’t have any problems with getting gas or buying anything quick, and I’m frequently at this location because it’s right by my house so I have gotten to know some of the staff there… but there is one employee whose name begins with an “L” that has the ugliest customer service skills. This 7-Eleven off Hwy 67 in Duncanville is a great one-stop shop. It has everything: a spacious parking lot, an Exxon gas station, and a convenient car wash. The store inside is well-stocked for a quick grab-and-go.
7-11 corporate needs to un franchise this store. This store is always disgusting dirty. The pumps always are out of paper receipts. The picture are from 7:25 am on a Wednesday. The store should look better before the morning rush. Don’t try to say this is fresh the stains on the toilet are harden. This means this has been like this for awhile.
Honestly I dont know why people have so many issues with this place. I live nearby and I can tell you I've been here often and at different times of the day. I've never had an issue then again im usually just in and out. I dont use any bathrooms or get anything crazy. The coffee is great, especially with all the options, although there was one time my coffee came out the machine cold and I didn't notice til I bought it, got to work, and took my first sip.
