18 of us!!!! were just standing outside for 30+ min actually still are as I am writing this post.. except there is only 4 paying customers left except 18 paying customers. As this woman is telling us we are not allowed in because she is moping, and also advising us to urinate on the side of the establishment that we will not be able to use the restroom at all on her watch. Please make a change and do something about this!! She does it every night!
