These people are doing something that is illegal which is charging sales tax on the non sales price. They sold a chocolate bar for $1 ‘on sale’ but charged me .36 cents of ‘sales tax which they claimed was sales tax on the full price - this is illegal, so what are they really doing with the money? It’s not just illegal, it’s unethical.
