These people are doing something that is illegal which is charging sales tax on the non sales price. They sold a chocolate bar for $1 ‘on sale’ but charged me .36 cents of ‘sales tax which they claimed was sales tax on the full price - this is illegal, so what are they really doing with the money? It’s not just illegal, it’s unethical.

I was there just now trying to buy some lottery ,the Indian staff name BK or TK was so extremely rude, when I told him the number I wanted to buy ,he keep asking me what number when he himself was not listening due to talking to someone I guess, he raised his voice saying my Chinese accent he couldn’t understand, when he himself having a strong Indian accent trying to be racist, so I increased my volume to let him understand it, than he was not happy and ask me to leave, yes it could be he own the shop but too bad ,uneducate... read more
I am noticing a trend where 7-eleven stores that are listed as 24hrs close around 2:30/3:00am and don’t open back up until close to 5:30/6:00am including this store. So as I approached it the door was locked and the workers seemed to be familiar with ignoring people at the door as they try their best to focus on cleaning and if you do get their attention you better be dressed decent or they will categorize you as an unwanted/undesirable customer and won’t let you in. Nasty customer service very rude and nasty to the people supporting your business I enjoy being able to have a glaze donut from you guys but this made me not wanna come shop anymore
