I stopped in on New Year’s morning around 7 a.m. to get a coffee. I filled my cup almost to the top with black hot coffee and added a small splash of iced coffee simply to cool it down. The manager, Katrina, immediately began yelling from behind the counter, claiming it was a different price point and that I “couldn’t do that.” Regardless of store policy, the way this was handled was completely unprofessional.
