**★☆☆☆☆** Ordered online twice from this 7-Eleven—both times a disaster. First order: Email says “picked up” even though I never left my house. Still charged full price. Had to file a chargeback through the app just to get my money back. Second order same day: Store claims they “never received” it, even though the app confirmed it went through. No communication, no accountability, and zero help from staff. Complete waste of time and money. Avoid online ordering here at all costs.
