This store really needs to consider these reviews and sneak review the employees they have representing at their stores! Multiple costumer service complaints most likely about the same employees- if not the same lady who treated my nephew and sister in law this afternoon beyond poorly! Lady at the front is very rude and unprofessional. If you look at the reviews below mine, this is clearly an recurring issue with her but it's clear the owner doesn't have any balls to do a damn thing about it. Pretty sad to see a grown woman, cussing and whining like a little baby while she hits her vape and plays on her phone ignoring customers. I would avoid this 7-Eleven unless you wanna be ignored or cussed at.
