The lady working was extremely rude. She screamed at us when we came in on 7/11 for our free slurpee. She was yelling “it’s done it’s over” when it was still 10:00 on 7/11 and almost put her hands on us when we tried to serve our selves. Extremely awful and will never be returning her again until this woman is gone. Seems to be an issue that everyone is having. I recommend that you guys figure this issue out.
Before writing my review, I find it extremely frustrating at the amount of reviews about the same woman and nothing has been done about it. Today me and 3 other women entered the store at 10PM on free slurpee day (7/11). Right as we entered we were verbally abused by the woman with grey hair working the night shift and she continued to get increasingly closer to us raising her voice, all 4 of us felt extremely uncomfortable and threatened. Already wrote corporate but need to warn the public as well. The lady working the night shift on 6/19 was beyond rude and acted like an absolute baby when my slurpee spilled because their machine was dirty and the handle got stuck. She whined about how everyone’s a jerk and I offered to clean it up and she just threw napkins at me and said never mind I’ll get because you’re a jerk. So my husband went to the 7-Eleven to get me some ice cream and a Slurpee with me being pregnant and it’s hot in the summertime. I wanted something cold 711 lady was very rude to him instead of putting on a sign that saying that the machines were not working she had to be rude and say are you stupid? Can’t you see the lights are on that is rude and disrespectful to customers we will be not going to the 711 ever again because you don’t treat your customers like that.
This is not a good 7-11 location. Why are the bathrooms always "out of service?" I call bull. They probably just don't want to have to clean them.
