I live close by, so the convenience is obvious but if the service, cleanliness or poor stock management are off, I’ll drive the extra miles. I always get a smile, am greeted and quickly assisted with any questions. Today’s highlight is on Duong (I hope I spelled correctly) who handled both registers, fixing the wonky card reader and paying attention to all patrons. He may be new to the job but he understands and practices high quality customer service.
Avoid paying cash at this 7-Eleven store because I was scammed by the cashier recently.
THIS 7 ELEVEN IS TRASH IF YOURE HUNGRY. THE SODA MACHINE IS WATERED DOWN THE ICE DOESNT WORK. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS OLD & THE CHILI & CHEESE CAME OUT COLD. RIDICULOUS
