I have frequently gone to this location to order energy drinks in the past, and they have good deals available on their energy drinks, as does most 7-Eleven locations. The store is relatively well kept and clean overall, I have picked up at least 15 to 25 DoorDash/Uber eats orders from this 7-Eleven location in the past and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. This evening, January 12th, just after 11:15 p.m., I had a very upsetting experience at this Woodinville 7‑Eleven. I came in with a valid manufacture’s, digital 7‑Eleven coupon that referenced being for this specific location down to the exact same physical address. The employee on duty (an older man with a white beard) told me he would not honor it nor any other digital coupons—only printed ones. I calmly asked him to look at the digital coupon on my phone. When they say it takes a village to help raise the youth, this 7/11 understands the assignment. Every single employee that works at this location really goes above and beyond. My 3yo LOVES going and scanning his items, they are super patient, and extremely kind. When I go there without my son, they always ask how he’s doing and where he’s at! TMI but, I had another child this year who passed away and honestly… I think 7/11 cared more than a lot of people in my life. So to be frank, they’ve really seen my family at its worst ... read more
Terrible rude night employee, been ongoing for 6 months to year
There is a guy with white beard in evening . I ask him to give two fresh buffalo rollers and he try to give me old one which is on grill for long time . Then he give me new put in owen for 20 seconds and it was completely cold and when i tell him to cook more . He start argument loudly. I said him I don’t want to argue with you .
