Horrible customer service needs new management everyone that works there new either rude or disrespectful. I be ready to fight everytime I leave this store. Needs to be shut down. Here's one of the lowlife employees here. Need to educate your employees
Terrible gas station and staff. I have found it is common practice for the staff to short people on their change when paying with cash. It has happened to me at least twice. Each time I confronted the staff. Each time they have given me my money and back without saying anything. It stinks and the food is disgusting. Also get used to overpaying for items. I love a good 7-11, but this is not one of them. It's always dirty, inside and the parking lot. "Sketchy" is definitely the best way to describe it.
I literally ordered 2 diet Dr peppers again after they sent me 2 regular Dr. Peppers. So I ordered 2 more diet Dr Peppers just to get 2 regular Dr Peppers again. Like how are yall just so careless you don't read your order or look at the picture of the item. I guess double checking the order to make sure it's correct is too much to ask for. I also tried calling and just like every other place in the area the line is busy....for 30 mins.
