Tired of going in to be treated differently because of my skin color. Not all, but certain employees demeanor changes from customer to customer based on their skin color. I come on with a smile and a happy hello or good morning. I've watched the change every single time when certain employees are working. They will be warm and welcoming to the customer in front of me, then get cold as hell to me because im a different color.
You can get some good deals if you have their app.
Bought a pack of cigarettes, paid with my card only to realize she rang me up for Marlboros instead of Mavericks (significant price difference). I inserted my card for the refund. She was pissed off I was making her correct her mistake. that was over two weeks ago and I never got my money back. This would never happen at a Kwik Trip.
Good hangout spot, friendly employees, and pretty good prices.
