Worst 7-Eleven I have ever been to. They are extremely rude and it's always dirty. I live near here and go out of my way to go to another 7-Eleven.
Same review as the last comments. Place is dirty and the machines never work. Ownership and employees act like they have a chip on their shoulder. Constantly accusing people of stealing when people want replacements of food and drinks at subpar level. The extra 5 min drive is worth it to go the other stores on hamden. Seen them get into screaming matches with customers and door dashers.
This location has just become such a dump, sadly. It's so convenient but I won't be going there any longer. The air conditioner has been out for weeks, the soda fountain is constantly broken, and they have tons of empty shelves.. Plus it's just plain dirty. They need new management or new ownership.
