This place is honestly trash. Its the worst place in pueblo (and that says a lot) i tried to call here several times because my wife misplaced her phone, NO one answeredthe phone, i called 6 times!. It was disgusting in the bathrooms (which had a password to get into) the employees definitely didn't want to be there. One of the worst places in Colorado.
I used to go here everyday. Best coffee in town. I will now be finding a new location since it's been 2 weeks of disappointment. They stopped getting Stok shots, which is fine on it's own. But when you're 100% out of cappuccino, regular coffee, and I'm left with a half full Blueberry as my only option when you have 6 spots for coffee and tons of cappuccino bags under the machine is just ridiculous. The young man working the night shift tonight at 7:11 I believe his name was sam was very friendly. He was courteous to me and my wife. he was the type of a young man who has a Bright future great leadership qualities. His ability to interact and help his customers is something that’s rarely seen nowadays. I think he would be a great manager and I hope he gets recognized for that soon.So he can pass these wonderful traits on the next generation.
