This location was recently closed on November first as an effort to cut costs. Over roughly 400 underperforming stores in the chain were shut down. This one being one of them, I got to get in here October 28th and everything mostly was sold, and getting ready for the final clean out. I’m glad I got a chance to go in there. Got myself a nice push pop though, they’re few and far between and it was pretty good. :7
Went in at about noon on a Sunday. The employee was playing very profane rap loudly in the store. F words N words and many more. Great experience for a family getting out of church. Please talk to your employees and let them know they can’t play stuff like that. I just left and that kind of stuff upsets me.
I wish I could give this store no stars at all to be honest! I am baffled at how illiterate the employees are at this store. This isn't my 1st time with this experience also. Anyway I place an online delivery order with a promo they were having. I placed the order and then it sent me a message from THE STORE saying your order has been canceled via the store. Yikes… I ordered delivery from this 7/11 and my drink was delivered half empty! What? I called the store and they said (rudely) that the driver filled the drink- which is odd because I work for Uber and I have never had to fill my own drinks before for orders. This is a sanitary issue. This store needs to be fulfilling and sealing all delivery orders so things like this don’t happen.
