Why is it that your gas pumps give no indication that you don’t have gas? Why is it that you’re a 7-11 but you don’t HAVE any gas? This is the 3rd time in the last month that I have stopped by this location and I am checking out at the register inside, asking for gas, and the teller just says, “we don’t have any.” Shut down your machine’s screens. Store replaced all the pumps around 2-3 months ago. The pumps all had new touch screens and the tap to pay sensors. I have stopped in to get gas four times since the new pumps were installed. All four times, the tap to pay never worked. I tried with both my phone/Apple wallet, and with the card itself. Each time I had to insert the card into the reader for it to read. Please hire someone to come in and do a deep clean on your store. It looks and smells very unclean. There is no way I would eat any food that you prepare in there. You are in a great location, but anyone who cares if they are visiting a clean store will not be back.
What kind of gas station has all pumps out of service? This one apparently!
