Every experience has been all right but today will probably do it for me. The guy at the front looked very irritated just ringing me up and had such a hostile glare and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. I'll be going to the ones in Cornell Rd from here on out
Rude old bald employee insisted the C02 wasn't out when all the sodas I tried getting were flat. When I asked him about it, he dismissed me and said the carbonation was fine, it was just the soda I grabbed. He looked at me like it's my fault he works at 711
If I could give them zero stars I would. Ordered through their app and waited over 30 mins to get a notification that they don’t have drivers. Placed door dash. Order showed up completely wrong. Placed 3rd order and one item was incorrect. Worst place to order from in the history of time.
This 711 is consistently awful, in person and on doordash. They're rude consistently and they're rude to the doordashers. Just miserable people. The Cornell 711s, both of them, are better than this one.
