Super sketchy, avoid at all costs.
If I could submit — I would. Just unnecessarily rude and snotty.. but It’s not enough that these guys suck at customer service, they also enjoy selling counterfeit items. Worst 7-11 in Utah.
I went to this location for a car wash. The machine took my payment but the machine never started. I went inside to ask for a refund but the worker refused. He kept saying his brother can do it but he cannot. I asked if he could call his brother to confirm but he walked away.
Bad location 7/11 day charging after 7pm even when it’s still free in their system how do I know I owned one last year, on top of that bathrooms are closed. I understand that on the west side or downtown but not within this part of town. Customer service was way under brand standard. Unprofessional no uniform or name tag so you can’t report him most likely the owner overall bad for the 7/11 brand.
