Terrible customer service! The cashier was extremely rude for no reason. After buying drinks and pumping gas, I politely asked to use the restroom and was told, “After COVID, none of the 7-Eleven locations offer restroom service for customers.” That’s ridiculous — especially after spending money there. If that’s how they treat paying customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
This store was not giving and the food was dry practically fell apart from being so old
Worst customer service ever! The older woman cashier has the worst people skills.. I wonder if she would have been better if I was also the same race as she?
They don't have a microwave for your convenience so do not buy food you might need to heat up fyi
