For just now I was trying to buy the cigarette the 711 staff scan the wrong cigarette then I pay already he say can’t change the item cuz he scan already . I tell him clearly I wan that cigarette then he just troll the cigarette on the table that’s not my fault he Attitude I really don’t like it I never go back that already
the male night shift staf is very respectful and helpful,asked him questions abt which roti got less sugar n he took the time reading each one for the sugar amount to help find it!kudos!Also very tentative and ask for ur membership and inform abt promotion and vouchers!
All staff r nice n respectful,i know these ppl well,if u ever get any bad treatments then its def because of ur own actions wether ur rude or just hv no manner .Clean n easy to find stuff!!
