I bought two Cornetto ice cream, which was advertised as a 'buy 1 free 1' promotion. However, the staff (likely a new employee) was unaware of the ongoing promotion. We pointed out the advertisement posted in the shop, and he tried to seek help from his supervisor who is just beside him. Unfortunately, the supervisor ignored the advertisement and simply said there was no promotion. After waiting a long time to make the payment, my ice cream ended up melting.
The female cashier is very rude from the way she looks at customers to the way she talks. If she hates the job so much, she should do something else.
