Went to get some cat food and panadol from the seven eleven on 9.05.25 at 9.20pm was attended by a rude cashier young male, sighing as my husband took some time to take the panadol from the medication counter subsequently when asked he rudely replied he was hungry and had not eaten and was it wrong for him to be saying it out loud. I think the seven eleven management should hire people with proper work ethics, he was really rude. I would rather go to another place even to get something simple than this seven eleven ever.

Visited this outlet today (6/Aug/24) at 9pm++ in order to redeem B1F1 walls cornetto ice cream, classic chocolate no stock, so decided to buy 4 classic vanilla, unfortunately your *untrained staff* (a malay guy) insisted must buy 1 chocolate 1 vanilla which didn't stated in the T&C, end up wasted my time & petrol, will not visit this outlet again.

There have been major changes since my last visit on 26/08/2022. This is the first 7-11 outlet in Sri Gombak. The cashiers are nice. They even took the time of briefing me on the new apps with the offers available. Just love the changes!
