The saddest part is I do love the products as long as they work. I have had an issue, and I have called 117 times and left a message for someone to please help me. And no return phone call to this point.You spend a lot of money and once they get it, I guess they're done.How sad!!!!
You will waste a lot of your precious life using their product which does not work. I really, really tried for a long time and it did nothing at all. I really wanted it to work. They only give you 30 days which is not enough time to know if it works or not anyway. Don't waste your money or your time.
While I like my Myolift QT from 7E Wellness, I wasn’t inclined to write a review based on the device alone. However, I am so pleased with a recent customer service experience, that I wanted to share it. Their reps, especially Stephany, have gone above and beyond to help troubleshoot problems. As a consumer, and someone relatively new to beauty devices, I greatly appreciate the care they show for their customers and how strongly they stand behind their products.
