I would like to give my compliment to Haris for his fantastic customer service . The way he manage 7-Eleven is fantastic! The store is always need n tidy when manage by him . He always friendly, welcoming and make every visit a pleasant experience. There is nvr a *no answer when asking for anything that is sold out from shelves . He will take his effort to go into the store n look for it . It's great to have such a positive person working there. One of the best convenient store i had visited so far in klang valley .
Takde staff kat counter .. usik pintu supaya berbunyi 5 ke 6 kali baru muncul staff kat atas kata system maintenance... Basir masa dan minyak je datang sini... Lepas ni saya pergi KK Mart je .. dia orang consistent dan tak banyak songeh macam 7e

Clean, neat, variety of products. Only one staff available most of the time, nampak sangat penat leading to "unfriendliness". HR, superior management patut dipersalahkan...nak untung tapi tak nak hire more staff.
