While blanket 212 is a good product, it doesn’t work with prams that fold downwards. Just falls out and hits the floor. Very disappointing given cost

RUN!! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS BRAND......Horrendous customer service....ordered one of their fleece rompers for my 1 year old daughter.......romper developed holes everywhere only after a couple months and even around the buttons. a very cheap product trying to be passed off as a premium product.. for the money they charge they should be ashamed.
Never, never, never do business with 7 AM Enfant. Irresponsible, uncommunicative and unresponsive to customers concerns and satisfaction. A “no phone” policy that would alleviate so many potential issues is a customer service nightmare. I have never been so disappointed in an online transaction like my experience with 7AM Enfant.
