staff nama noraniza? tak sure nama tu betul tak, main phone sedangkan cust tengah nak buat payment. pandang cust pun tidak, mata dekat phone saja. even thankyou pun tak disebut, tolong ya beradab sikit.

Costumer service are nonsense, cant even prepare a small amount money for me. Which was make me upset of it, i was barely starving.

Kerap2 tak dak syiling,tadi ada pergi beli barang air mineral rm1.80,saya bagi tunai rm5 tetapi cashier bagi baki dekat saya rm3 dengan alasan tiada syiling,tp kenapa sebelum saya nk buat pembayaran saya nak guna kad atau pun qr tidak dibenarkan kerana sudah key in,tp resit pembelian pun saya tidak dapat ada masuk poket atau pn mcm mna agak pelik, sepatutnya baki rm3.20 bukan rm3 ,mengambil hak pembeli saya akan report kepada pihak sepatutnya,sekian

Staff 7-11 at cmart amanjaya ( name , noraniza binti azmi ) so rude. I asked her for two time but she ignore me . I hope the management can improve and take action to the female staff . There was no courtesy in the interaction or common sense between staff n customer . Very disappointed. Btw the male staff in this 7-11 is very okay .
